Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Bachelor’s degree. Five to ten years of formal fundraising experience and 5 years in a management capacity. Demonstrated ability to develop, initiate, structure and coordinate efforts that maximize team efficiency and results. Prior direct fundraising experience and managing a program team that has achieved grants, donations, sponsorships and planned gifts in excess of $2 million per year.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Candidate must have history of managing a prospect pipeline, establishing fundraising and donor cultivation and relations systems, programs and gift strategy.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Some experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Communications. Excellent verbal and written skills, desire for frequent networking.
