Main Areas of Responsibility: 

At Communities In Schools of New Mexico, our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. The Development Director is part of our core administrative team, responsible for strategy, planning, directing and coordinating all fundraising activities, with a goal of moving CIS in the direction of growth.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Donor cultivation and stewardship, major gifts fundraising, oversight of donor database management

Other Information/Requirements: 

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ relevant experience, strong writing skills and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
