Development Data Analyst

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Data Analyst is responsible for overall management of the donor database and for reporting and providing insight about donor trends and giving patterns. The Development Data Analyst will also use web analytics methods and other data mining techniques.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Design & maintain processes for measurement, tracking, reporting donor information
• Perform data analysis and research in the donor data base
• Ensure accurate recording of individual donations.
• Convert data into visual representations such as charts and graphs
• Ensure proper training for anyone doing donor related data entry

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree and three to four years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience
• Three (3) years experience in database management and data analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage donor or customer relationships.
• Proven track record in a data analysis in a high volume environment.
