Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Development Coordinator will help to build a community of philanthropy among donors of color, specifically within local Pan-Asian communities. This individual will develop and sustain relationships with individual donors, funders, policy makers, impacted community members, and other key stakeholders.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The purpose of this position is to support the Executive Director in the implementation of NMAFC’s visioning through innovative and culturally tailored programming. This position will coordinate program management activities, assist with public relations, support agency grant writing, and guide community philanthropic initiatives through donor outreach and training utilizing an anti-racist framework.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or two years of directly-related experience preferably working in a nonprofit capacity. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted, as long as it relates to the essential duties and responsibilities.
