Main Areas of Responsibility:
Will support the Executive Director in identifying and cultivating major donor prospects, growing the annual giving program, managing and expanding the membership program, enhancing the Stewards Group events, and developing corporate support. The position will manage the donor database (Donor Perfect) and create printed newsletters, eZines, invitations, brochures and email communications, as well as maintain updates on the HSFF website designed on Squarespace.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Graphic design abilities, development experience, events experience, general office & computer skills. Given the small staff, the development assistant needs to be willing to pitch in and help as needed, engage with the public in HSFF office/gallery and meet daily challenges with a friendly demeanor.
