Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for writing memoranda, grants and reports, tracking budget and expenditure data, collecting and analyzing standardized data and information, researching operational and administrative problems and issues, and preparing recommendations for management review.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Will also be responsible for graphic design of publications, direct mail articles, brochures and signage. Four (4) years clerical experience required. Two (2) year of admin experience, which included organization, coordination and performance of duties is required. Experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software (Word, Word Perfect, Excel etc.) is required.
