Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversee its statewide operations. The position, based in Albuquerque, will help lead NMLA's advocacy efforts throughout the state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for internal program operations.
Assist to develop, execute and oversee service delivery and management of organization.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist to supervise, mentor and evaluate managing attorneys. Mediate staff personnel grievances; Ensure compliance with all grant requirements. Community outreach and education. Develop relations with the local community, governmental agencies, client groups and bar associations. Participate in negotiation of CBA. Potentially co-counsel cases .

Other Information/Requirements: 

License to practice, in NM or another state. If in another state, eligible to be admitted in NM. (5) years management. Travel. Able to use modern technology. Excellent written and oral communication skills, manage multiple task and a caseload. Build collaborative relationships with staff and the community. Spanish Proficiency a plus.
