Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Management of donor database, including ongoing maintenance, production of gift acknowledgment letters, and reports for staff and board
-Setup and management of online sales; development of sales tracking systems and petty cash accounting
-Preparation of bank deposits and weekly interface with bookkeepers; assistance at special events
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-General administrative support to the executive director and director of operations
Work is at home with own computer and printer. Some errands with personal car required.
Average 8-10 hours per week; more in summer.
