Database Entry Marketing Coordinator

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for assisting in the management of KHFM’s constituent database, processing donations, social media/marketing, and providing support for events/development team for donor-related issues.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Assist Leadership Team with research on donors and foundations, entering information into spreadsheets or into the database. Help with mailings, submitting grant applications
• Work with volunteers on events or other jobs
• Entering checks and credit cards as needed during fund drive
• Speaking with donors and sustainers to build relationships and assist with processing gifts

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education/Experience: BA or AA degree in Communications, English, Music, Business or similar area preferred
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, Social Media, able to learn Memsys database.
Part time hours, up to 20 hrs. per week. Hours are flex. Pay, hourly, based on qualifications
