Main Areas of Responsibility:
•Enters donations, contacts and donor activities including.
•Imports email subscribers to the eNewsletter database.
•Prepares and manages thank you letter correspondence to donors.
•Ensures accuracy of data such as address, dates, hours, payments, donations and pledges.
•Enters data from various sources.
•Provides professional, timely and courteous customer service to donors, visitors, volunteers and people in need of food assistance.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
•Coordinates with Finance and Development staff to ensure accurate and timely systems, to determine best ways to enter and track data, and help solve problems.
•Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
•Assists with special events and media events as required.
