Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible to support the organization by providing customer service for multiple departments, assist bookstore customers and potential customers with orders, and answer customer questions and resolve complaints via phone and e-mail.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Maintain superior level of customer service through direct and accurate communications with constituents of the CAC
• Participate in the operation of the CAC Bookstore
• Assist with inventory management
