Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Take phone orders; respond to customer inquiries by phone, mail and email
Process sales orders received via online bookstore, mail and phone; reconcile daily receipts
Assist with order shipping as necessary
Record online, mail, phone and text contributions into online system
Prepare monthly contribution and weekly deposit reports, work with Controller to reconcile reports to general ledger
Prepare deposits and deliver to bank weekly, and prepare deposit reports for Controller

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

World Service Business Conference (WSBC – annual)
Work on-site, generally one day, to prepare 7th Tradition collections for deposit and deliver to bank.
World Service Convention (WSC – every 5 years)
Work on-site convention bookstore.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Customer service background, including excellent telephone skills
2-3 years' experience
Associate degree
Organized, detail-oriented, effective time and schedule management, ability to manage multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication
Sage 100c, Raiser's Edge, Word and Excel experience a plus
OA or 12-Step program experience a plus
