Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for a community focused energetic team player to join our program team. Program tasks include customer service, interviewing, conducting background checks, providing match support, conducting research surveys, case management, training, community outreach, and recruitment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, strong Spanish speaking skills. Experience working with youth and families in Northern NM, customer service, database and Microsoft Suite. Some irregular hours and travel necessary.
