Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Planning, develop, and implement a public-focused history program within the City museum and its historic house. Work collaboratively with museum staff in the research, creation, contracting, rental, installation, and interpretation of museum exhibits.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Research and documentation of objects for inclusion in the museum permanent collection. Serve as a public expert on, and interpreter of local social, cultural, and political history. View full description at our website.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in history, cultural studies, ethnic studies, anthropology, museum studies or a related field plus four (4) years of curatorial experience or public programming within the field of southwestern history or a related field.
