Cultural Department Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Coordinator will provide administrative support for classes, lectures, series and
events by tracking reservations, payments, maintaining participant lists and other duties as assigned. This will include, but is not limited to, preparing the facility for departmental programs and special events and assisting with staffing events. time (25-30 hrs/week) and is under the direction and supervision of the Cultural Department & Facility Rentals Director.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree plus three years’ experience in related field preferred. Ability to establish work priorities and organize tasks so that all work is done efficiently and on time with minimal supervision; exceptional oral and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office Suite
