Critical Time Intervention Specialist

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Centro Savila is seeking for a Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Specialist to work with adjudicated youth, ages 12-17 years old and their families from La Plazita Institute. CTI Specialist will work to connect their patients and their families to resources. The ideal candidates should have a passion for helping others, especially adjudicated youth.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree from an accredited institute that above the minimal education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
• Understanding of social determinants of health and case management integration in behavioral health services.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
