Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for directly supervising Crisis Services staff. RCCCNM currently provides two 24-hour services, including a crisis hotline and forensic accompaniment.
The Crisis Services Manager is responsible for the volunteer program, which includes recruitment, training, and retaining of volunteers; assists with maintaining files and records for grants; provides crisis intervention to survivors as needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Excellent crisis management skills.
• At least one (1) year of people management experience, including report/grant writing and program budgeting.
• Conduct working relationships in such a way as to promote mutual respect, public respect and improvement of services.
• Trauma Informed Training
• Understanding and sensitivity to issues of cultural, class and relational diversity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
