Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Council Director is responsible for managing all of the Girls on the Run programs and volunteer coaches, reporting to the Board of Directors. Job responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall strategy and vision for the Girls on the Run program and all organizational and operational aspects of Girls on the Run in conjunction with the Board of Directors.

Program Outreach & Site Management
Coach Management & Training
Organizational Administration

Outstanding communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and make efficient decisions
Passion for Girls on the Run mission
