Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

You can make a difference in reducing underage drinking and illegal prescription pain killer us by youth and young adults in Doña Ana County. The coalition has been working together over the last couple of years to reduce underage drinking, tobacco, marijuana and illegal drug use, but now the focus has shifted to underage drinking and prescription drug misuse, specifically prescription pain killers.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Coordinator facilitates the work of a community coalition composed of 12 key sectors across Doña Ana County communities. The Coalition will develop and implement a strategic plan to address underage drinking and drug use. Other Information/Requirements: 

BS in related field w/3 years experience or related Master’s degree or 5 years experience with youth around prevention or high risk behavior. Communication skills, knowledge of southwestern New Mexico; proven grant writing &reporting a plus; reliable vehicle, valid NM driver’s license and insurance. Able to travel. Background Check.
