Coordinator of Special Events and Grants

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Coordinate online grant applications and reporting as well as other fundraising activities
2. Assist with preparation for Spanish Markets
3. Coordinate Special Events/fundraising for the Museum

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Works well with donors and volunteers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This is a full time position.
Preferred Experience:
1. Knowledge of fundraising data base(Etapestry)
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills
3. Keen organizational skills
4. 1-2 years experience in fundraising/special events management
5. Microsoft Office Suite
6. Familiar with Constant Contact email service, or similar application
7. Graphic Design experience preferred, but not required.
