Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Insure compliance with the agency Operational Procedural Manual.
• Assist and direct a marketing plan to contract with additional clients and recruit additional caregivers.
• Conduct client assessments and execute new client agreements.
• Match, coordinate and assign direct caregivers to clients.
• Record services provided to clients by each caregiver.
• Prepare billings to clients and payments to caregivers on a two-week period.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Utilize the agency tracking system Report to supervisors on a daily basis.
• Utilize and resolve any "Late or No Show" situations to ensure agency success.
• Available to be On-Call on a 24/7 basis to resolve emergencies.
