Main Areas of Responsibility:
Join a team who supports the education and empowerment of children and families to make healthy food choices through hands-on learning with fresh and affordable foods.
· Teaching classes, implementing cafeteria promotions and classroom tastings in coordination with the needs of the school
· Using Cooking with Kids Curriculum for classroom instruction.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
You'll be responsible for organizing, scheduling and conducting program activities that encourage healthy food choices and provide opportunities for interdisciplinary learning. You will work closely with the Cooking with Kids Program Director, school site staff and school district cafeteria personnel.
