Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Contract part-time Data Coordinator oversees client data collection and provides technical support to the partners of the Molino Pilot. Oversees the development and day-to-day operation and management of Molino management information systems, including the organizational database. Receives and collects necessary data from Molino partners.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Prepares and submits statistical data and reports for grants and contracts as required; Analyzes statistical data and reports;Interfaces with technical and other contract consultants. Trains all new users on use of management information systems and keeps them apprised of modifications. Oversees statistical data-gathering for Molino and program surveys and evaluation processes. Provide monthly statistical reports. Create, compile and regularly update user’s manual for management information system.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A minimum of five years experience in data management. The ability to organize and synthesize large volumes of data and information. The ability to work effectively with technical experts when necessary. Excellent bilingual (Spanish) writing and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated analytical ability and the ability to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines. Extensive computer literacy. A bachelor’s degree; or the equivalent of relevant work experience.
