Main Areas of Responsibility:
We seek a professional who can convey the value of the humanities & of the New Mexico Humanities Council through a variety of formats. Successful candidate will be responsible for creating & maintaining effective & positive community & media relations for NMHC through print and electronic efforts & for day-to-day marketing of NMHC in alignment with our strategic goals, activities, & the advancement of our mission. Should have 3 to 5 years' expertise in the field of communications/marketing.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage website.
• Direct all social media communications.
• Work on in-house publications (monthly e-newsletter, annual report, event specific e-blasts, brochures, etc.)
• Plan/implement/manage publicity.
• Create/distribute online surveys.
• Provide event support, including creating & managing ticketing tools, marketing, etc.
• Manage design/production of branded items.
• Manage/monitor NMHC’s brand identity through use of our name, logo, etc., by grantees & other program partners.
