Continuum of Care Program Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will support the local system of shelters, services and housing that help people exit homelessness in Albuquerque. The coordinator will work with a team of three people to expand and improve this system of care. The Continuum of Care (CoC) is a year-round process of managing the primary federal funding for homeless assistance.
