Continuum of Care (CoC) Director

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The COC Director oversees federal homeless assistance grants in New Mexico, leads the BoS and ABQ Continuums of Care, supervises CoC staff, and advances homelessness solutions statewide. Reporting to the Associate Director, they serve on NMCEH’s Leadership Team and work from both Albuquerque and Santa Fe, with statewide travel required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide technical assistance to BoS and ABQ CoCs and ESG partners. Oversee compliance, reporting, contracts, and funding processes. Lead trainings, meetings, and committees. Supervise CoC staff, manage HUD reporting, and support project development. Maintain partner relationships and contribute to statewide homelessness efforts, advocacy, and NMCEH events as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm or as arranged with
supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend hours to meet with clients.
