Construction Supervisor

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Position:
*Construction Supervisor/Licensed Contractor
3 days a week (will require working on Saturday)
*Assess home repair needs and prepare estimates
*Consistently complete jobs in a timely fashion, interacting compassionately with clients
*The Construction Supervisor will be under the direct supervision of the Executive Director

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

*Visit and photograph client sites, generating written and illustrated estimates, identifying required volunteer skills,
*Organize and prepare for jobs, acquire supplies, maintain tools, and work with other contractors and non-profits, as necessary.
*Consistently complete jobs in a timely fashion, interacting compassionately with clients
*Budget and track all expenditures, and provide all follow-up documentation to the Executive Director and Board

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements:
*NM Construction Industries Division (CID) licensed contractor, who can serve as our Qualifying Party; bonded, and the ability to obtain a CID Crossover License for manufactured housing.
*Valid NM driver’s license; ability to drive own vehicle to tow M2M’s trailer
*Strong organizational skills, patience in supervising volunteers with a range of skills
*Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
*Successfully pass background check and drug screening test

Salary Range: 
$25-$35/hr depending on experience
