Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home repair projects in accordance with the grant requirements. This includes planning, contractor solicitation, construction oversight, and reporting. The Project Manager will report to the RTSC Board’s Building Committee Chairperson and receive support from RTSC Board’s administrative personnel; however, the Project Manager is expected to be self-directed and require minimal supervision and support.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities:
 Prepare work scope documents for each home repair project.
 Prepare schedule and budget estimates.
 Solicit and evaluate contractor quotations.
 Schedule and oversee contractor work performance. (Including visiting job sites.)
 Photograph pre-construction conditions, work progress, and post-construction conditions.
 Report budget, schedule, and work progress information to the Building Committee.

Other Information/Requirements: 

RTSC has multi-year grants for no-cost home repairs for qualified families to improve safety, accessibility and preserve aging homes. 38 homes in Sandoval County.
• Home repairs to remedy home health and safety hazards or to correct code violations.
• Repairing or replacing electrical wiring, foundations, roofs, insulation, heating systems, and water/waste disposal systems.
• Home modifications to accommodate functional limitations due to a disability or to reduce the risk of falls/injuries.

Salary Range: 
Salary Range is $20-35/hour depending on experience. 10-15 hours per week.
