CONNECT 211 Coordinator

Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Provide callers from throughout Santa Fe County with information and referrals to services to meet their basic needs.
• Navigate multiple software to answer calls, send and manage referrals and track call data.
• Report on call volume and referral data to CONNECT and 211 team.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Support statewide United Way 211 programs with training on common I&R practices, iCarol, etc.
• Meet regularly with the 211 Manager and Santa Fe Director to update and brief on project work.
• Support other areas of CONNECT and United Way as needed.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS [EDUCATION]:

• High School Diploma

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS [EXPERIENCE]:

• Basic Spanish speaking skills
• Microsoft Office
• Data Entry
• Internet
• Customer service skills
• Apply excellent listening skills
• Should be respectful, sensitive, and empathetic to the feelings and problems of all people.
• Perform independently with minimal supervision
