Main Areas of Responsibility:
Under the direction of the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Coordinator generates reports, maintains policies and contracts, monitors changes in State and Federal law, manages subpoenas and claims files, and assists with compliance and risk program electronic databases.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assists in conducting compliance-related audits and project documents. Performs policy and procedure review. As directed by General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, works with the Risk Manager and HIPAA Privacy Officer on compliance matters specific to state and federal law, including OSHA and issues related to privacy and patient health information.
