Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

BA in Social Sciences or related field of study, + 1 yr. of exp. providing case mgmt.. services to adolescents & families. Will organize & coordinate, comprehensive community support services for Medicaid eligible clients. Must be able to read, write & understand Spanish & English. Must be computer literate. Salary: $14.38/HR.
