Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide CCSS for client in residential treatment center. Write notes, treatment plans, meet with clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist in addiction treatment for clients, participate and lead groups.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have BA/BS in human service related field. Must have a minimum of 1 year addiction treatment experience. Experience with SDMI population. Experience with homeless/near homeless population a plus.
