Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide CCSS to homeless/near homeless population with severe mental illneses. Complete notes for billing, in home and office visits.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have BA/BS in human service related field and at least 1 year experience working with ADULTS in SDMI/homeless population
