Community Support Worker

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Community Support Worker needed to provide CCSS services to clients with addictions/co-occuring disorders in a therapeutic community setting. Must have experience in addictions work and at least 1 year working with SDMI adult population.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with team to provide case management services and conduct groups in residential treatment setting

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum requirements:
BA/BS in human service related field
At least 1 year experience working with SDMI/homeless population
Addiction setting experience preferred
