Main Areas of Responsibility:
BA in Social Work or related counseling field of study. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing case management services to adolescents and families. Will organize and coordinate Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) FOR Medicaid edible clients that meet SED or SMI Core Services Agency criteria. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
