Community Support Worker

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will provide comprehensive community support services (CCSS) for homeless/near-homeless clients with severe mental illness. This position will carry a caseload of approx. 20 clients or more and you will be required to bill Medicaid and keep notes daily.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 
Other Information/Requirements: 

Must have BA in human service-related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc.).
Must have at least 1 year experience working with homeless/SDMI population.
