Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide clinical case support to clients. In office and home visitation are required. Work as a member of the TLS Treatment Team as well as participate in individual and group supervision. Perform a variety of casework duties including assessment of client's psychosocial and multisystemic needs; level of family functioning; formulation of clinical service/treatment plans; implementation of services to assigned clients; provide advocacy for clients as needed.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Build and maintain positive working relationships with other agencies and institutions in the community to facilitate treatment. Documentation services provided to include: progress notes, treatment plans, releases of information, etc. Attend all TLS in-service and staff meetings. Maintain ongoing communication regarding treatment process with supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
