Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Support Advocate is responsible for providing assessment, support, case management and training for participants that are seeking to improve themselves and their life situation and to achieve self-sufficiency. The Community Support Advocate will be part of an innovative team that will work collectively to create and run a robust program for participants that face the greatest barriers to finding employment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED; two progressive years of experience in all aspects of either employment and/or training programs; and social services and/or working with the low income population.

Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree in Social Work or Business Administration.
