Main Areas of Responsibility:
Achieves the program objectives by planning, directing, monitoring and evaluating the daily operation of all program functions and staff. Ensures program activities and services are executed in accordance with program goals and applicable GINM, federal and state policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Directly supervises program staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities includes interviewing, hiring and training employees; providing feedback and coaching; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; with addressing complaints and resolving problem.
