Community Investments Grants Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Investments Grants Manager supports coordination and administration of the Community Investment Fund grant distribution and reporting process. Primary responsibilities include managing the administration of grant applications, grant reports and volunteer assignments in Submittable software, and providing excellent customer service to UWNCNM staff, community agencies, panel volunteers and the Community Investment Council, including meeting coordination and support.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Engage new, prospective and existing agencies, data management, grant writing and proposal management, provide volunteer administration and support, communications and correspondence administration, additional duties as assigned, etc.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in database management or administration, including volunteer engagement and meeting facilitation
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse social/economic audiences in groups and one-on-one. Proven effective oral communication and writing skills required.

Salary Range: 
$50,000.00 to $60,000.00 salary per year, 35 hours per week FTE (Full Time Employee).
