Community Initiatives Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Initiatives Manager is responsible for providing direct support for RRFB's program activities. This position holds responsibility for systems such as research, capacity building, and program coordination for RRFB's community initiatives goals.
o Designs reports on program activities and goals
o Researches information and creates reports involving partner participation
o Supports and supervises program volunteers
o Performs site visits of partners for compliance

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

o Performs data analysis for grant reports
o Researches and implements new program opportunities
o Develops contents for program sections of website
o Performs excellent customer service
o Coordinates partner recognition event programs and presentations
o Acts as a conduit between RRFB partners and other community organizations
o Along with other Program Team members, provides SEED activities and coordination
o Speaks to groups and organizations to promote the food bank and its activities

Other Information/Requirements: 

o Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience
o Excellent writing and organizational skills.
o Database and excel experience
o Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships.
o Demonstrated ability to effectively work as part of a team.
o Commitment to excellent customer service.
