Main Areas of Responsibility: 

United Way of Central New Mexico (UWCNM) is seeking a Community Impact Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the mission of UWCNM through planning, coordination, and promotion of community impact projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include developing, facilitating, coordinating and managing RFPs, successful projects and data evaluation with volunteer and community leader teams for defined, measurable community-wide results.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Knowledge of continuous quality improvement processes and demonstrated ability to research issues, ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, prepare proposals and conduct grant management activities are required, as well as proven public speaking experience and writing skills.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in social service/justice, nonprofit management, public administration, business, or related field with at least five years volunteer engagement experience, including recruitment and meeting facilitation. Ability to prepare proposals and conduct grant management activities is required, as well as proven public speaking experience and writing skills. Applicant must be able to work occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends.
