Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Home Administrator works to Insure that resources are focused on the needs of each child. Will research specific behavioral issues to insure that appropriate interventions are developed. Supervises staff, schedules, provides training, assigns duties, and provides oversight of staff. Works with the Nutrition Consultant to provide nutrition to the children. Will be aware of and follow the annual budget.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Systematizes routine maintenance to insure that the facility. Insures that emergency repair needs in a timely manner. Insure maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Provide leadership in insuring that the children treat the animals with care. Coordinate medical, dental, and behavior management care for each child. Coordinate best possible education for each child.
