Community Advocate, Unhoused Program

Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Advocate is responsible for the development and fostering of ongoing relationships with a variety of community service providers, specifically, any Organization or Agency that provides direct Case Management services to unhoused or precariously housed individuals and families in our service area.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Design programming for unhoused or precariously housed individuals and families
• Respond to requests for Case Management services including direct client referrals
• Collect, prepare and report statistical data as required by funding sources
• Professionally represent FaithWorks at service provider meetings
• Provide ongoing educational opportunities to our member faith communities in conjunction with the Director.
• Actively identify new opportunities with Case Management service providers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Willingness to learn about the network of service providers in Albuquerque. 2 years of experience as a volunteer or professional work in the service provider network for unhoused or precariously housed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual a plus.

Salary Range:
