Communications Print Project Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Full-time position available for a Communications Print Project Coordinator to coordinate on print projects and digital graphics. Duties include working with graphic designers, in-house clients, and development consultant to implement, proof, and produce projects with consistent messaging and branding, excellent quality, and timely delivery.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Implement timelines, budgets, and specifications for 10-15 projects simultaneously; proof and edit projects in process
• Primary liaison for development consultant
• Write marketing copy for print or digital materials
• Place and approve orders
• Provide resources to graphic artists
• Coordinate print materials for fundraising events

Other Information/Requirements: 

• B.A. in Marketing, Communications, related major
• 2+ years’ experience with project coordination for print and digital projects
• Experience in writing marketing copy
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and Microsoft Office programs
• Understand print and web graphics and production
