Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate has experience working in the nonprofit sector or a demonstrable combination of work and technical experience that lend directly to the position. They have outstanding communication and writing skills, including the ability to speak clearly and persuasively and write effectively for the web.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate also has:
• Copy editing experience or a demonstrable eye for detail;
• Advanced experience with Drupal and CRM systems;
• Advanced experience with data analysis and reporting;
• Advanced ability to meet deadlines, identify issues, and develop recommendations and strategies;
• Strong project management experience;
• Ability to work well independently and within a highly effective team;
• Thrives in their ability to be flexible and nimble.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include a college degree, certificate from a college or technical school in a relevant field; or substantial experience in a relevant field with a demonstrated commitment to continued learning and skill development. Also required are a valid New Mexico driver’s license, car insurance, and daily access to a dependable vehicle. Compensation is $40,000 per year; non-exempt with full-time benefits package.
