Communications Associate

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Work closely with Communications Director to develop and design all Foundation marketing materials including annual report, newsletters, giving handouts, brochures, invitations and event materials.
Co-manage Foundation's largest annual fundraising event, Concours du Soleil.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with Department Directors developing materials for donor subgroups.
Support office administrator.
Maintain website and social media.
Proficient in In Design, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Power Point, Backend website maintenance, Constant Contact and some database management experience.

Other Information/Requirements:
