• strategic messaging and social justice framing;
• maximizing MLP trainings and product sales;
• defining communication priorities that effectively amplify MLP programs and advocacy campaigns to advance broader organizational goals;
• creating communication campaigns that strengthen donor development and fundraising.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Communications and Marketing Director sets goals with clear accountabilities, designs low cost, high impact communication strategies with evaluation measures, manages web and social media presence, optimizes MLP operations to support more efficient and effective communications while building media relationships and handling publicity for MLP activities. Budget responsibilities include creation and oversight of program budget.
