Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Abrazos Family Support Services is looking for a full-time Manager to join our team of professionals. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, management and execution of communications, media relations, marketing, and fundraising events for a non-profit organization providing community-based services to families whose young or adult children have developmental delays or disabilities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This new staff position will work closely with the management team and board of Directors to assist the agency in stewarding donors, and reaching out to the public through multiple modalities, including social media, electronic newsletters, marketing materials, etc.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Knowledge of and experience with relationship building, donor stewardship and resource development strategies, including annual and planned giving, social networking and other online/web based fundraising approaches, required. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills, as well as basic business and administrative skills. Knowledge about services for individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
