Main Areas of Responsibility:
In partnership with existing co-clinical director responsible for Behavioral Health team management. Supervision of program managers and therapist. Heavy administrative concentration in QA/QI and Audit preparation and response.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Developing, implementing and administering BH policies and procedures
Oversight of staff training and development, in partnership with co-director.
Finance/Billing units and Budget consultation with Accounting
Identifying and recommending program changes or new program opportunities
Oversight of staff, volunteers and interns
